This notice explains how PRM handles personal data under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
Account information (name, email, phone), property details, tenancy records, and — where you use tenant screening — screening data including IC / passport numbers and credit reports.
Why we collect it
To provide the rental-management service: managing properties and tenancies, collecting rent, coordinating maintenance, and (with consent) running tenant screening checks.
Who we share it with
Credit reporting agencies for tenant screening, only where the tenant has consented. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for the processing of your personal data at any time by contacting our support email below. We will respond within a reasonable period as required under the PDPA.
